Our inspection team sets the strictest standards to assure that you receive the highest quality parts. A minimum of four separate inspections are performed for every job that we set up. After the first piece inspection to confirm that the machine setup is correct, we have the machine operator's verification where dimensional measurements are periodically taken throughout the run. Once the run is completed, final inspectors check the lot thoroughly before a look-over by shipping clerks prior to releasing the order. If any modifications are necessary the entire inspection process is repeated until all of the parameters are satisfied.
